As a solo-preneur with more than 25 years in the holistic wellness and beauty industry, I’ve always believed that true beauty begins with how we care for ourselves from the inside out. My passion is creating nurturing experiences that support the mind-body connection, encourage relaxation, and give you space to slow down, reconnect, and simply breathe.

I believe our skin is a reflection of our overall well-being. Rather than simply treating what we see on the surface, I take a more holistic approach looking at the skin, the body, and the individual as a whole. Through intentional skin rituals, therapeutic touch, and thoughtfully selected professional skincare, my goal is to support your skin’s natural ability to heal, renew, and thrive.

I believe in aging gracefully not fighting the process, but honoring it.

For me, that means embracing where we are, caring for our bodies, minimizing unnecessary toxins whenever possible, and nourishing our skin with effective, bioactive cosmeceutical skincare. Every product and ritual at Little Green Spa is thoughtfully selected with the intention of supporting healthy, radiant skin while honoring the body.
