How to Spa...
Appointments & Arrival
We recommend scheduling a relaxation time at Little Green Spa™. Walk-ins are welcome if time permits. Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before your allotted appointment time. We regret that we cannot guarantee appointments for late arrivals, but will do our best to accommodate every guest.
Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our therapist and other guests, please give 24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment. We will charge 50% for late cancellations and 100% of the treatment price for appointments that are not canceled. Please be aware that we will ask for Credit Card information to reserve large parties and Friday & Saturday appointments.
Communication with your Therapist
At anytime you are uncomfortable, please let your therapist know. Whether it's pressure, the music, the climate, lighting or anything else feel free to let them know so they can adjust to exactly what you want. This is your time, we want to make it perfect!
Children
This is your time to relax. We encourage you to make child care arrangements while your are enjoying this time. We require a parental release form to be signed for guests under 18.
Cell Phones & Pagers
In consideration of the experience of our guests, we request that all cell phones and pagers are turned off and refrained from use within the spa.
Gratuities
The Licensed Therapists that provide our organic treatments at Little Green Spa™ are among the best. Each takes special care to ensure that your treatment is of the best quality. Our therapists along side our owner seek to provide you the best possible experience from the moment you walk through our doors. Please note that treatment prices do not reflect gratuity. Industry standard gratuity is 15 to 20 percent. We invite you to recognize the exceptional skill of our therapists by including a gratuity with your payment. As noted above, a 20 percent gratuity will be added automatically for parties of five or more guests.
Spa Party (up to six guest)
We look forward to assisting you in the planning and coordinating of your next group or party with us here at Little Green Spa.™ Our unique setting is perfect for your small and intimate gathering. We can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Reservations for groups of 3 or more guests must be secured in advance with a valid credit card number; please note that a different form of payment may be used for actual services at the time of your party. Please notify us of cancellations or changes of participants or treatment selections 2 full days prior to that of your party to avoid being charge.
